Product Designer
As a Product Designer at Bildup AI, you craft beautiful experiences that make AI-powered learning accessible, intuitive, and joyful for millions. You'll design user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile platforms—ensuring that complex AI capabilities feel simple, that navigation is effortless, and that every interaction reinforces our commitment to learner success. You'll remove friction at every step of the user journey, making it seamless for new users to discover, try, and experience the value of our platform. Key Responsibilities
- •Design intuitive, engaging user interfaces and conduct user research—creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications while interviewing learners, educators, and organizations to understand needs, pain points, and behaviors that inform design decisions.
- •Create and maintain design systems—developing component libraries, style guides, and design patterns that ensure consistency and efficiency across all products and platforms.
- •Design for diverse users and contexts while ensuring accessibility—ensuring interfaces work beautifully across devices, screen sizes, bandwidth conditions, and accessibility needs while optimizing for fast load times, responsive interactions, WCAG compliance, and inclusive experiences for all learners.
- •Prototype and iterate rapidly—building interactive prototypes to test ideas quickly, gather feedback, and refine designs before development begins.
- •Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers—translating user needs into design solutions, working with developers to ensure faithful implementation, and balancing user experience with technical feasibility.
- •Design AI interaction patterns—creating intuitive ways for learners to interact with AI Facilitators, receive feedback, navigate personalized paths, and understand their progress.
- •Ensure visual excellence and brand consistency—applying Bildup AI's visual identity across all touchpoints while maintaining high aesthetic standards and attention to detail.
- •Track design impact and iterate based on data—analyzing user behavior, engagement metrics, and feedback to continuously improve designs and validate assumptions.
Ideal Candidate
- •3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, with strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/UX work and clear design thinking process (portfolio required).
- •Expert proficiency in Figma (primary tool); experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools is an added advantage.
- •Deep understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design principles with experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
- •Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for diverse users and contexts with ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- •Strong desire to stay at the forefront of design trends and EdTech UX best practices.
