AI Readiness Growth Lead

As AI Readiness Growth Lead at Bildup AI, you are the catalyst for our expansion across Africa. You'll drive adoption from every angle—signing up individual learners through B2C campaigns, closing institutional partnerships with schools and universities, and bringing enterprises onboard for workforce upskilling. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive user acquisition across all customer segments—executing B2C growth campaigns for individual learners (students, young professionals, career switchers), B2B sales for schools and training centers, and enterprise deals for corporate workforce development while developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies that combine digital marketing, direct sales, partnership channels, community activation, and field campaigns.
  • Lead marketing initiatives—creating and executing marketing campaigns and driving awareness through digital and traditional marketing channels to generate leads and grow brand visibility.
  • Build and close strategic partnerships—identifying and engaging institutions, organizations, government agencies, and NGOs that can amplify our reach and impact at scale while leading partnership negotiations and deal structuring to create win-win agreements, pricing strategies, and partnership models.
  • Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closure—conducting needs assessments, delivering compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth handoffs to customer success teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders—engaging individual learners, school administrators, corporate HR leaders, government officials, foundation directors, and community leaders as long-term partners and advocates.
  • Execute field campaigns and community engagement—organizing campus tours, corporate demos, community events, student meetups, career fairs, and awareness campaigns that generate leads and build brand presence.
  • Track and report on growth metrics and pipeline health—monitoring conversion rates, partnership performance, individual learner acquisition, marketing campaign effectiveness, revenue targets, and providing insights that inform strategy optimization.
  • Represent Bildup AI at conferences, forums, and networking events—building brand awareness, generating leads, and positioning the company as a leader in AI education.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams—ensuring alignment on messaging, lead quality, partnership requirements, and seamless customer onboarding experiences.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, growth marketing, or user acquisition with proven track record of building partnerships, closing deals, and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong marketing skills with experience developing campaigns and executing integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience with both institutional sales (B2B/B2G) and direct-to-consumer growth strategies (B2C) including engaging individual learners, students, and young professionals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity and ability to build strategies from scratch
  • Deep understanding of Nigerian education and corporate training markets with strong network or ability to quickly build relationships with decision-makers across sectors
  • Strong desire to stay at the forefront of EdTech and AI education markets.
  • Commitment to a full-time role with significant field work and long-term organizational growth
