Learning Success Manager
As a Learning Success Manager at Bildup AI, you are the human complement to our AI Facilitators—the caring guide who ensures every learner progresses, perseveres, and succeeds. You'll monitor learner cohorts, identify those who are struggling, provide personalized support, and work alongside our AI systems to optimize learning paths. You'll be the person who sees the struggling learner behind the data point—and intervenes to change their trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
- •Monitor and track progress of assigned learner cohorts—analyzing engagement metrics, completion rates, assessment scores, and learning velocity to identify at-risk students early.
- •Provide direct support and intervention for struggling learners—conducting one-on-one check-ins, understanding obstacles (technical, motivational, personal), and following up to ensure that they are resolved.
- •Address barriers to learning—connecting learners with resources, troubleshooting technical issues, advocating for accommodations, and ensuring no obstacle prevents progress.
- •Track and report on learner success metrics—documenting intervention outcomes, cohort performance trends, and insights that inform platform improvements and support strategies.
- •Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new learner cohorts—ensuring they understand the platform, set realistic goals, and feel connected to the Bildup AI community from day one.
- •Collaborate with product and AI teams—sharing frontline insights about learner challenges, platform usability issues, and opportunities to improve the human-AI learning experience.
Ideal Candidate
- •2-5 years of experience in education, teaching, student success, academic coaching, or learning facilitation.
- •Proven track record of supporting diverse learners to achieve educational goals and overcome obstacles.
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills with deep empathy for learner struggles and circumstances.
- •Experience monitoring progress using data and learning analytics to inform interventions.
- •Comfortable working alongside AI systems and understanding how to complement (not compete with) AI capabilities.
- •Patient, encouraging, and genuinely passionate about helping people learn and grow.
- •Ability to build trust quickly and maintain supportive relationships with learners from diverse backgrounds.
- •Strong desire to stay at the forefront of AI-powered education and learning methodologies.
