AI Learning Experience Designer
As an AI Learning Experience Designer at Bildup AI, you design the foundational content that powers the future of learning. You'll research and develop learning content across industries, disciplines, emerging fields, and career paths—creating the structured knowledge base that our AI Facilitators adapt and personalize for each learner.

Key Responsibilities
- •Work with subject matter experts and industry professionals—researching and developing content for AI-powered learning across technology, business, creative fields, emerging industries, and career-focused skills while interviewing professionals, validating technical accuracy, and ensuring content reflects current best practices and emerging trends.
- •Design pedagogically sound learning structures—breaking down complex topics into logical learning progressions, defining learning objectives, and creating scaffolding that enables mastery.
- •Develop tutorials and training materials for AI model training—creating step-by-step guides, demonstrations, and instructional content that help train AI systems to teach specific skills and concepts effectively.
- •Design assessments and competency measures—creating projects, practical exercises, and evaluation criteria that accurately measure skill development and learning outcomes.
- •Conduct ongoing content audits and partner with AI teams on optimization—monitoring industry changes, learner feedback, and performance data to keep curriculum current, analyzing how AI uses content, identifying gaps or improvements, and iterating based on learner outcomes and AI performance.
- •Maintain content quality and consistency—ensuring all learning materials meet pedagogical standards, are inclusive and culturally relevant, and align with Bildup AI's learning philosophy.
Ideal Candidate
- •2-5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, educational content creation, or related fields, with proven track record of developing engaging educational content.
- •Strong writing, research, and pedagogical design skills with understanding of learning science principles and competency-based education.
- •Familiarity with digital learning, EdTech platforms, and how AI can enhance educational content
- •Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn and master new tools, software, and emerging AI platforms for content creation and model training
- •Ability to research and quickly become knowledgeable in new subject areas and industries.
- •Experience designing content for adaptive or personalized learning systems is a plus.
- •Strong desire to stay at the forefront of AI education and learning science.
